我們公司是製造業，這陣子接到了一張南非來 翻譯訂單，不外我寫了信、打了幾通德律風給對方，下單至今已經一個月了仍是收不到 30% 翻譯訂金，收不到金錢我其實不敢放置生產 翻譯社想請問 AYA 姐，有無什麼好方法向客戶催款，但是又不會讓客戶有不好的感受？我不想讓客戶認為我們死要錢，這英文的催款信該若何寫比較適當呢?
